Improving and raising the stature of the Vietnamese citizens is one of the important and prerequisite goals in the action plans that set out in the field of health care of the health sector in particular and the Vietnamese society in general.
According to some studies, the physical strength and stature of the Vietnamese people are still modest, lower than almost countries in Asia. This is also a prominent issue in the national seminars “Improving fitness and stature for the future generations”
And to contribute to improving the health of the young generation – the future human resource of the country, the project “Enhancing the physical condition of Vietnamese people” is always focused on implementation and deployment by the Fund for Quality of Life.
In the near future, the Foundation will coordinate with the Vietnam Young Physicians Association, the Department of Education and Training of Ben Tre Province, Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Student Assistance Center of Ho Chi Minh City and Green + implementing the project: “Enhancing the physical condition of Vietnamese people“. In the period of 2022-2025, this project aims to improve the health of 1,000 students during 4 academic years in 5 schools in Ho Chi Minh City and Ben Tre with a total budget of 30 billion VND. Specifically:
